Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. This position ensures compliance with accounting standards, monitors performance across departments, and contributes to long-term financial planning. You will play a key leadership role, supervising a team and collaborating with corporate and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Develop, monitor, and report on annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure accurate accounting of assets, rebates, cash, fixed assets, and other financial components.
• Supervise accounts payable functions to ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
• Collaborate with Operating Company managers and corporate finance teams to review performance and reporting standards.
• Support long-range financial planning by analyzing historical and current data.
• Prepare projections, financial statements, and variance analyses.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for financial operations and procedures.
• Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in general ledger accounting
• 5+ years in financial accounting and operations
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual-based accounting
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting and reporting systems
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
